Custom Recipient Team Mail:
The idea began with the thought that it would make things a lot easier, if we had the option to send private mail with a single click to all advisors and the leader, and not just for the whole team.
Currently if you want to inform only advisors and the leader about something, you have to send private mail to each one of them one by one. So if there was some option with the team mail where you could choose to send it to either to the whole team or just the advisors & leader, I'm sure I wouldn't be the only one who appreciates it.
Maybe it could just have a way to open a list of members (a "Select recipients" pop-up) and you could choose to tick those member names you want as the recipients, that would probably be most useful.
Team Polls:
Another idea was the option for advisors and the leader to create polls, so for example if I had to get a simple yes or no respond from every member, they could just click a yes or no button to send an automatic reply to the sender.
